Toni Monerris
Head Coach & Director of Club Nàutic S’Estanyol
Toni Monerris, 24, has been a cornerstone of Club Nàutic S’Estanyol for over a decade. A former competitive sailor in the Optimist and ILCA classes, he represented the club in numerous regattas. At 19, Toni transitioned into coaching, taking on roles as Head Coach, Regatta Support Coach, and Training Coordinator. As the Director of Club Nàutic S’Estanyol, he is dedicated to fostering the sporting, technical, and personal growth of young sailors while strengthening the club’s community and infrastructure.
Jaume Genovard
Regatta Support Coach & Talent Developer
Jaume Genovard is a celebrated figure in Mallorca’s sailing community, with a competitive background in Optimist and other classes, representing clubs like Real Club Náutico de Palma. As a coach, he has mentored talents like Jan Palou to gold medals in national and European Optimist championships. At OptiMallorca, Jaume specializes in race-day preparation and skill development, using his calm demeanor and deep knowledge of Mallorca’s waters to give sailors a competitive edge.
Karol Jączkowski
Assistant Coach & Race Tactics Specialist
Karol Jączkowski is a distinguished Polish sailor and coach, renowned for his competitive career in Optimist and ILCA classes. As a coach of the National Team of Poland in the Optimist class, he brings elite-level expertise to OptiMallorca, guiding young sailors with strategic race tactics and technical precision. Based at Club Nàutic S’Estanyol, Karol designs engaging training sessions that inspire confidence and foster a love for sailing. His ability to connect with athletes makes him a standout at our camps and regattas.
